A recent occurrence has made me divert some, if not all, of those assets I had vaulted up for such situations. Although I’m almost running on a deficit account of self-esteem, taking responsibility of the situation may aid me towards that alteration procedure that’s needed for such moments.
When this particular circumstance materialized I grew a very extreme-type of habit of constantly over exaggerating emotions because I had this notion I wasn’t being respected or appreciated for who I was. It took a while for me to realize that it wasn’t my responsibility for how people where reacting towards who I was, but I was responsible for the emotives I was, and still, experiencing for a better future me.

I began taking responsibility for my overall self-improvement processes. I had built up a tremendous layer of self-protection. There was this icy dragon growing inside of me that needed to be kindled for self-confidence reasons. I began talking to people about my challenges and self-perceived opportunities. Till’ this day I still battle with this predicament, but moment by moment it gets easier and simpler to accomplish.
As you take full responsibility for your self-improvement process, certain quality traits materialise. Taking control of your affections torwards your daily hurdles assists your overall confidence and self-esteem boon in order to be able to provide patronage to someone else going through similar notions.

I used to struggle when challenges arose and I had to spawn solutions that required a broad-based mindset. I started reading books about creativity or lateral thinking, and began implementing the knowledge into my daily routines. On ocassions I would prevail and on others I would acquire aid from someone who is more proficient with the topic at hand.
Repeatedly practicing plasticity of thought patterns is imperative in terms of decision-making. The more usage of this type of skill, the more improvement of problem-solving which is necessary for any and all daily obstacles that you endure, whether work or home related.
I had to acquire the skill of thinking ‘outside the hole’. At first I struggled intensely, but with patience I was able to use the knowledge for even the mundane impediments – for example: the quickest way to washing a car; or the best routine for cleaning the floor; or the quickest way to cooking a good meal. Practicing creativity prepares you for the more majestic hindrances that life may pitch at you on a regular basis.

Pattern-recognition of characteristics has a tremendous impact on intuition improvement. Quality traits have a profound impetus on intuition, in-turn intuition has an insightful effect on self-awareness. I have come to the realization that intuition aids how I handle regular activities. Even when unforseen hurdles surface, I’m able to come up with solutions that I wouldn’t be able to tackle head-on without awareness of my strenghts and weaknesses.
Intuition ruptures ‘inner lava’ that’s been dormant for a long-time, even when great fire was needed to melt inner icebergs that were caused by historical outer challenges. As a youth I was always flooded with emotional tremors that needed to be controlled on a regular basis. Overzealous emotions would distract me so much, I couldn’t release my inner genius when needed. I would become emotive over mundane egresses that would suppress my fanatical instinct to handle life threatening challenges-just kidding, but challenges that acquired all my ‘fired up’ intuition to see opportunity rather than problems.

The greatest leverage you can redeem for yourself is the pain that comes from within, not without. Understand that you have failed to live up to your own standards for your life is the ultimate pain. Let your downfalls ‘jump start’ your intuition back to being as driven and motivated as you can be. Repeated pain should be constantly converted to a more compelled better you that emanates that super human machine that’s able to conquer asteroids that keep trying to suppress that inner truth you’re meant to be.

I used to be a very passive-aggressive person not so long ago. I would always wait for something to surface before I would pursure anything. Subjectivity was my ‘beer gasoling’ friend. It would take a lot of potency for me to become objective towards my persuits. Apprenticeship of an active-aggressive temperament aided me to perpetuate more of my goals based on my new found, but not yet mature, forward-thinking mind state.

Life has a certain way of dealing with your mediocrity by throwing a pile of tremendous ‘spinner balls’ that either horribly break you asunder, or fantastically throttle you to higher calibers.

When I go through certain encounters, specific traits have certain influences on how I face them, therefore awareness of my superior traits affects how challenging encounters become. I sometimes have deliquent circumstances based on the amount of knowledge I have about my prominent traits, therefore constant moulding of my characteristics impacts how I handle those circumstances that arise from daily deeds.
While growing up, I was always challenged with self-cognizance via prominent traits. My life was mostly driven by a particular negative characteristic. I always lacked the ‘follow through’ trait. Procrastination was my best friend. One moment I decide to do an activity, the next I am postponing. I had to forcefully induce my mind with an opposite quality that negated that specific destructive mannerism through ‘self-discipline’.

I needed to cultivate this ‘miracle feature’ I had come across. Over-time, it began being a constant pattern, although I would sometimes distort astray I might admit. Eventually this willpower attribute became a part of me, and yet til’ today it still needs improvement.
Self-poise will always be hovering around with your self-esteem regularly, if and when the nurturing of your dominant peculiarity trait are on a constant course of self-enhancement.

There was a moment in my life that I started experiencing unusual challenges, and because my mind was so lethargic, I thought it was me getting older – and I’m only just 26 years old. I always felt fatigued or insomniac, anti-social and blocked in a spiral of lacklustre thinking patterns. Sensations grew to a tipping point where I just couldn’t cope anymore.
I began to realize that my thought patterns are driven by how I conquer the trials and tribulations of my daily journeys. Only way out was to re-calibrate the thought patterns into something worthwhile. So I began exercising and reading, and began being communal again.
The reason I would, and still induce myself to certain actions like physical enlightenment or mental stimulation is because of the bizarre sensations I used to get, and still do after the weekend conventions with family, friends, or acquaintances. Exchange of foods (sometimes with drinks) and dialogues with people has a profound impact on how my weekdays will be subjugated in terms of decision-making.
I find myself compelled to mend my thought routines because of weekend endeavours that drive me to exercising and reading on a regular bases.
Open dialogue with people around you about strategizing how your undertakings (exercising and reading) will be fulfilled is essential for appropriate inclusiveness advancement.

It would be better to grow my acquaintances’ circle for better enhanced comparisons in terms of more scenarios, the higher the chances of implementing the right strategies for your systematic activities. Therefore social networking plays a huge role in growing your acquaintances’ circle by a huge margin. The bigger the networks, the more grandeur your progression becomes.

Awareness of your strengths and weaknesses inspires you to interpret and elaborate which quality trait weighs more in terms of an importance scale. This type of moulding of thought patterns plays a tremendous role in influencing your overall convictions towards your goals.

When life throws at you a mountain on top of a mountain-type challenge, push your utmost. This is an opportunity to actualize your true potential.
I began a strategy of logging all my activities based on a management concept called ‘productivity analysis’. Benchmarking of historical data is imperative for awareness of future ascalating growth. With just this little premature data, strenghts and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, in terms of SWOT Analysis, can be realized.
Self-assertion against your challenges fosters a more enticing conviction towards your self-proclaimed imminent objectives. The more and extensive you use this strategy, the easier it becomes to rally over those ‘damn’ challenges which could break you threefold.

Most of my days, after waking up I begin my day by doing my daily routines that I have created because of goal seeking habits. These patterns help me take control of my path to accoplishment. Though the patterns are perceived boring to the outside world, they give me a sense of direction.
Usage of the right tools will enhance your daily patterns. Logging and noting your mundane daily routines (e.g. exercising studying/reading) create a self- proclaiming belief system. If business is governed and nurtured by quantitative systems, why can’t your daily habits be driven by similar notions.
Let’s use a simple illustration of this ‘life model’: when studying for an exam or reading just for pleasure, you would want to note how long you read and how many pages or chapters you have read. This data can be used for proper analyzing and comparing for future growth reasons.
Analysis of regular activities helps improve the route to your overall success. This imprints a well profound self-identity system which increases self-belief as a whole.

As a youth growing up, I always had the challenge of self-assertion. Understanding my strengths and weaknesses was a heavy climb to ‘Mount Everest’, never precisely reaching the peak. Even today that journey’s still a hassle, however, it’s becoming more of a joyful one because of the right tools at hand.
I began realizing the importance of performance management, whether for work or chores and hobbies. Actively measuring your performance and constant feedback is imperative in terms of self-assertion and goal setting. The journey to the highest mountain on earth gets divided into smaller portions. With the journey in fractions, Mount Everest becomes quantifiable hills that assist you in improving productivity while learning your strengths and weaknesses in terms of quality traits.
